The Courts and Legal Services Act 1990 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1990
Section 2
Section 125(7) of, and Schedule 20 to, the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, so far as they provide for or relate to the repeal of section 53 of the Administration of Justice Act 1956 , shall come into force on 1st November 1990.
