Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 13th December 1990.

Section 2

Regulation 1(2) of the Education (Grant-maintained Schools) (Finance) Regulations 1990 is hereby revoked and accordingly, with effect from the coming into force of these Regulations, the first-mentioned Regulations shall extend to both England and Wales.
