Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1990.
(2) The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1990 is revoked.

Section 2
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 thereto and substituting therefor the following–
CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON RECOGNITION AND ENFORCEMENT OF DECISIONS CONCERNING CUSTODY OF CHILDREN AND ON THE RESTORATION OF CUSTODY OF CHILDREN, LUXEMBOURG, 20th MAY 1980
