Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 1) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 14th March 1990.

The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 1) Order 1990
Section 2
(1) The site where a vessel lies, or is supposed to lie, wrecked on or in the sea bed, and in respect of which this Order is made, is in position Latitude 51 degs 11.11' North, Longitude 4 degs 39.41' West.
(2) The area within a distance of 100 metres of that position shall be a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
