Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

(2) The Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 are hereby revoked.

Section 2

In regulation 5 (fees for certificates) of the Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1981 for “£25” there shall be substituted “£33”.
