Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Premises) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

Section 2

Part II of Schedule 1 to the Education (School Premises) Regulations 1981 shall be amended by the substitution in the heading and in paragraph 3 of “1996” for “1991”.
