Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Building Societies (Accounts and Related Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 31st December 1991.

Section 2Amendment of previous Regulations

Schedule 2 to the Building Societies (Accounts and Related Provisions) Regulations 1987( ) shall be amended by the deletion of item 9(b) of Part I, item 10(b) of Part II and subparagraph (1)(b) in paragraph 11 of Part III.
