The A16 Trunk Road (Stickford Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 1990

Section 1

The lengths of the Trunk Road described in the schedule to this Order and shown by broad striped hatching on the deposited plan shall cease to be trunk roads as from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the County Council of Lincolnshire that the new trunk roads are open for through traffic.

Section 2

In this Order —

(1) all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway;

(2)

(i) “the deposited plan”

(ii) “the new trunk roads”

(iii) “the Trunk Road”

Section 3

This Order shall come into force on 28th December 1990 and may be cited as the A16 Trunk Road (Stickford Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 1990.
