These Regulations may be cited as the Glasgow College of Technology and Robert Gordon’s Institute of Technology (Change of Name) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 31st December 1990.

Section 1Citation and commencement
Section 2Change of name of the institutions
(1) Glasgow College of Technology shall be re-named and known as “Glasgow Polytechnic” and Robert Gordon’s Institute of Technology shall be re-named and known as “The Robert Gordon Institute of Technology”.
