Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Cream (Heat Treatment) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990 shall apply to Scotland only and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

Section 2Amendment of the Cream (Heat Treatment) (Scotland) Regulations 1983

The Cream (Heat Treatment) (Scotland) Regulations 1983 shall be further amended by inserting in regulation 4(1) after the word “sell” the words “by retail”.
