Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Enrolment of Deeds (Change of Name) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

In regulation 8(5)(b) of the Enrolment of Deeds (Change of Name) Regulations 1983 , after the words “the Master of the Rolls” shall be inserted the words “, or another judge of the Supreme Court,”.
