The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) (Amendment) Order 1990

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 15th March 1990: Provided that it shall not come into force in relation to any seaplane until noon on that day by the zone time in the area in which the seaplane is situated.

Section 2

The Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989 shall be amended by substituting the following paragraphs for paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Schedule:

(3) In paragraph (b), sub-paragraph (i), after the words “Notice to Mariners No. 17” there shall be inserted the words “of 1989”.

(4) In paragraph (b), the following shall be substituted for sub-paragraph (ii):

(ii) “Notice to Mariners No. 17 of 1989” means Notice to Mariners No. 17 in the annual summary of Admiralty Notices to Mariners 1989.
