Section 2Appointed day
1st April 1991 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order.
Section 3Revocation
Articles 2(2) and 3 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Order 1990 are hereby revoked.
