Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Second Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

Section 2

Regulation 4(1) of the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) Regulations 1988 shall be amended by substituting respectively for the sums £25.23, £6.96 and £18.27 the sums £25.45, £7.48 and £17.97.
