Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 10th January 1991.

Section 2 Amendment of the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) Order 1985

The Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) Order 1985 shall be amended by substituting in article 2 thereof for the definition of “the Commission Regulation” the following definition—

“the Commission Regulation” means Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No. 2807/83 laying down detailed rules for recording information on Member States' catches of fish , as read with the Commission communication of 29th January 1985 concerning the date of application of that Regulation , and as amended by the Act concerning the conditions of accession of the Kingdom of Spain and the Portuguese Republic to the European Economic Community and Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 473/89 ;
