Section 1

This Order may be cited as the River Hull (Navigation) Rules (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 16th March 1990.

Section 2

Rule 18 of the Schedule to the River Hull (Navigation) Rules Order 1957 is hereby further amended as follows:

In Rule 18 for the words “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1983” there shall be substituted the words: “the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989” and for the words “the Collision Rules (Seaplanes) Order 1983” there shall be substituted “the Collision Regulations (Seaplanes) Order 1989” .

Section 3

The River Hull (Navigation) Rules (Amendment No. 2) Order 1983 is hereby revoked.
