Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Transfer Date and Nominated Company) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st January 1991.

Section 2

1st January 1991 is hereby appointed as the transfer date for the purposes of section 127(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1990.

Section 3

National Transcommunications Limited, being a company formed and registered under the Companies Act 1985 , is hereby nominated for the purposes of section 127(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1990.
