The A604 Catthorpe—Harwich Trunk Road (Catthorpe to Rothwell Section and Slip Roads) Supplementary Order 1990

Section 1

For the purpose of connecting the trunk road with another highway, so as to effect a junction at the place stated in the Schedule to this Order, the Secretary of State is authorised to construct a new highway along the route described in that Schedule. That new highway shall become a trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.

Section 2

The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the deposited plan.

Section 3

In this Order—

(i) “the deposited plan”

(ii) “the trunk road”

(iii) “the new trunk road”

Section 4

This Order shall come into force on 24th January 1991 and may be cited as the A604 Catthorpe—Harwich Trunk Road (Catthorpe to Rothwell Section and Slip Roads) Supplementary Order 1990.
