Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Registrar of British Ships (Gibraltar) (Revocation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 30th January 1991.

Section 2

The Order in Council declaring that the Captain of the port in Gibraltar shall be a Registrar of British Ships in that possession dated 11th July 1877 is hereby revoked.
