Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st February 1991.

The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 1990
Section 2
The Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph 1(a) of Schedule 1, at the end there shall be added “ N -Hydroxy-tenamphetamine” and “4-Methyl-aminorex”, and
(b) in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4, after “Mefenorex” there shall be inserted “Midazolam”.
