Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Variation) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st February 1991.

Section 2

The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order 1986 shall be varied by the addition, at the end of paragraph 1(a) of Part I of the Schedule, of “ N /Hydroxy-tenamphetamine” and “4-Methyl-aminorex”.
