Section 2Provisions coming into force on 19th December 1990
Section 3 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 shall come into force on 19th December 1990.
Section 3Provisions coming into force on 1st January 1991
Sections 1, 2, 4 to 28, 100 to 104, 105 (in so far as it is not already in force), 159 and 162(2) (in so far as it relates to Part V of Schedule 16) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 shall come into force on 1st January 1991.
Section 4Revocation
Article 3 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1990 is hereby revoked.
