Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1990, shall apply to Scotland only and shall come into force on 1st April 1991.

Section 2Fees

The fees payable under the enactments specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order in respect of the certificates described in column 2 of that Schedule shall (in place of the amounts previously prescribed which are specified in column 3 thereof be respectively the amounts specified in column 4 thereof.

Section 3Revocation

The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
