Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise (Community Transit) (No.2) Regulations 1987 (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 5th February 1991.

Section 2
In the Schedule to the Customs and Excise (Community Transit) (No.2) Regulations 1987( )—
(a) the reference to article 22 of Council Regulation ( EEC ) No. 222/77 ( ) in column (2) shall be construed as a reference to that article as amended by article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 474/90 ( ), and
(b) for the words “Carrier to give each office of transit a transit advice note” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “Carrier to give each specified office of transit a transit advice note”.
