This Order may be cited as the Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment Order 1990 and shall come into force on 15th January 1990.

The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment Order 1990
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Order 1987 is hereby amended by substituting for article 2(4)(b) the following sub-paragraph —
(b) any sheep which was marked, as a condition of the granting of a consent under section 2(1) of that Act to its removal from a designated area —
(i) with an apricot mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 30th July 1989; or
(ii) with a green mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 1st October 1989; or
(iii) with a blue mark, in the case of a consent given on or before 8th January 1989.
The Export of Sheep (Prohibition) (No. 2) Amendment No. 3 Order 1989 is revoked.
