Section 1Extent, citation and commencement

These Regulations, which extend to Great Britain, may be cited as the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1984

The Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1984 shall be further amended in accordance with regulation 3 below.

Section 3Amendment of the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1984

In paragraph (3)(a) of regulation 3 (compensatory allowances), for the figure “£6.75” there shall be substituted the figure “£7.50”.
