Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Land Charges (Fees) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1990.

Section 2

The fees payable in Her Majesty’s Land Registry under the Land Charges Act 1972 shall be collected in money.

Section 3

The Land Charges Fees Order 1985 so far as made under powers conferred by the Public Offices Fees Act 1879 is hereby revoked.
