Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Witnesses' Addresses) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1990.

The Magistrates' Courts (Witnesses' Addresses) Rules 1990
Section 2
(1) In Form 13 in Schedule 2 to the Magistrates' Courts (Forms) Rules 1981 , the word “Address:” shall be omitted.
(2) In Schedule 2 to Form 16 in the said Schedule the words “and address” shall be omitted in each place where they occur.
Section 3
In rule 70(6) of the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981 the words “and address” shall be omitted
