Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 19th February 1990.

Section 2Amendment

The Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) Order 1989 shall be amended as follows —
(a) article 12 (Public inspection of register) shall be omitted; and
(b) in paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 (requirements relating to the collection and handling of eggs from laying flocks) for the word “disosed” there shall be substituted the word “disposed”.
