Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

(2) The Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations 1982 are hereby revoked.

Section 2

In regulation 5 (fee for certificates) of the Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1981 for “23” there shall be substituted “25”
