Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Measuring Instruments (EEC Require-ments) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1990.

Section 2

The Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) (Fees) Regulations 1988 are hereby amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 3(2), for “£26.20” there shall be substituted “£28.00”;

(b) in paragraph (a) of Schedule 2, for “£44.60” there shall be substituted “£48.00”; and

(c) in paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 3, for “£37.20”, “£30.20” and “£11.20” there shall be substituted respectively “£33.00”, “£48.00” and “£9.20”.
