Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy and Companies (Department of Trade and Industry) Fees (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 2nd April 1990.

The Bankruptcy and Companies (Department of Trade and Industry) Fees (Amendment) Order 1990
Section 2
Table B in the Schedule to the Bankruptcy Fees Order 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the amount “£16.25” shown in relation to Fee No. 11, the amount “£17.83”.
Section 3
The Schedule to the Companies (Department of Trade and Industry) Fees Order 1985 shall be amended by substituting for the amount “£16.25” shown in relation to Fee No. 14, the amount “£17.83”.
