Section 1 Title, commencement and revocation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the General Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

(2) The Drainage Charges (Forms) Regulations 1969 are hereby revoked.

Section 2 Form of general drainage charges

Every general drainage charge raised by the National Rivers Authority shall be in Form 1 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form substantially to the like effect.

Section 3 Form of demand for general drainage charges

Every demand for payment of a general drainage charge raised by the National Rivers Authority shall be in Form 2 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations or in a form substantially to the like effect.
