Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences) (Intermediate Medicated Feeding Stuffs) (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1990.

Section 2Amendment of principal Order

Article 2(1) of the Medicines (Exemptions from Licences) (Intermediate Medicated Feeding Stuffs) Order 1989 shall be amended by omitting at the end the words “or to an intermediate medicated feeding stuff containing one or more licensed feed additives incorporated in accordance with the conditions of the product licence”.
