Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 10th April 1990.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1988 .

Section 2Amendment of regulations 5 and 10 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 5(1) of the principal Regulations (purchase of welfare food) and in regulation 10(2) of the principal Regulations (inability to purchase dried milk at a reduced price) for “£270” in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£285”.
