Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance Act 1988 Commencement (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the Local Government Finance Act 1988 Commencement (Scotland) Order 1988 .

Section 2Amendment of Schedule 5 to the principal Order

In the Table of Repeals in Schedule 5 to the principal Order (which lists the repeals in Part IV of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 which come into force on 1st April 1990), the last entry relating to section 24 of the Abolition of Domestic Rates Etc. (Scotland) Act 1987 (rebates) is hereby revoked.
