Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 9th April 1990.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) ( No. 2) Regulations 1975

In regulation 6(2) of the Social Security (Attendance Allowance) (No. 2) Regulations 1975 (modification of section 35(1) to (4) of the Act in its application to children) the words “who has attained the age of 2 and” shall be omitted.
