Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Fish (Amendment of Definition of “Infected”) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 12th April 1990.

Section 2Amendment of definition of “infected” in Diseases of Fish Act 1937
In the definition of “infected” in section 10(1) of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 , after the words “infectious pancreatic necrosis ( IPN )”, there shall be inserted the words “infectious salmon anaemia ( ISA )”.
