Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Life-saving Appliances and Fire-fighting Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 17th April 1990.

Section 2

The following table shall be substituted for the table set out in sub-paragraph (a) of the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Life-saving Appliances) Regulations 1977 and for the table set out in sub-paragraph (a) of the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Fire-fighting Equipment) Regulations 1978 :—

Section 3

The Offshore Installations (Life-saving Appliances and Fire-fighting Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 1989 are hereby revoked.
