Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (The London Institute) (Designated Staff) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 31st March 1990.

The persons employed by the Inner London Education Authority who are named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated for the purposes of section 127 of the Education Reform Act 1988 as respects The London Institute higher education corporation .
