Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1978 (Amendment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 29th March 1990.

Section 2
The following organisation, that is to say—
The Irish People’s Liberation Organisation.
is hereby added to Schedule 2 to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1978 (which specifies organisations which are proscribed organisations for the purposes of sections 21 and 25 of that Act ).
