Section 1

These regulations may be cited as the Register of County Court Judgments (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

Section 2

For regulation 5(1)(a) of the Register of County Court Judgments Regulations 1985 (as substituted by regulation 3 of the Register of County Court Judgments (Amendment) Regulations 1990 , there shall be substituted the following- “(a) for the payment of money otherwise than by instalments, or”.
