Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

(2) In these Regulations “the amending Regulations ” means the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990 .

Section 2Amendment of the amending Regulations

In regulation 4 of the amending Regulations for the words “where drugs are supplied” there shall be substituted the words “in relation to supplies of drugs and appliances made”.
