Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Promotion of Economic Development) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

Section 2

Regulation 4 of the Local Government (Promotion of Economic Development) Regulations 1990 is hereby amended by the deletion of the words “less than”.
