Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 9th April 1990.
(2) In these Regulations, “ the Act ” means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.

The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1990
Section 2
For the yearly sum of £6,035 specified in section 15(1) of the Act , there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £6,350.
Section 3
For the sum of £6,000 specified in section 15(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the sum of £6,310.
Section 4
For the yearly sum of £2,515 specified in section 17(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £2,645.
Section 5
The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1989 are hereby revoked.
