Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) (Amendment) Rules 1990 and shall come into force on 1st May 1990.

The Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) (Amendment) Rules 1990
Section 2
Column 2 of Schedule 2 to the Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) Rules 1986 shall be amended as follows:
(a) for the figure “£30.00” there shall be substituted the figure “£50.00”
(b) for the figure “£5.00” there shall be substituted the figure “£10.00”
