The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1990

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 15th April 1990.

Section 2

The Export of Goods (Control) Order 1989 shall be further amended as follows:

(a) Article 4(e) shall be deleted; and

(b) in Group A of Part I of Schedule 1 (Goods specified by reference to Headings and Sub-headings of the Combined Nomenclature (“ CN ”)), there shall be deleted the entries relating to the following CN headings:

91801 (Cocoa beans, whole or broken, raw or roasted);

9ex 1803 (Cocoa paste (in bulk or block), whether or not defatted);

91804 (Cocoa butter, fat and oil);

9ex 1805 (Cocoa powder, not containing added sugar or other sweetening matter, otherwise than in retail packs each of less than 3.5 kg ).
