Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 21st February 1990.

Section 2Amendment

(1) The Table in Part II of Schedule 1B of the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval) (Great Britain) Regulations 1984 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In the entry relating to item 4C in Schedule 1, for paragraph 2 in column (2) and the entries relating to that paragraph in columns (3) and (4) there shall be substituted—
