Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st June 1990.

The Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1990
Section 2
Regulation 3(1)(a), (2)(a) and (3) of the Removal, Storage and Disposal of Vehicles (Prescribed Sums and Charges etc.) Regulations 1989 shall be amended by the substitution of “£80” for “£75” in each place where it occurs.
