This Order may be cited as the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1990.

The Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1990
Section 2
In this Order “ the Act ” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.
Section 3
Subsection (1) of section 30 of the Act, subsection (2) of that section, insofar as it amends section 83(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 , and section 32 of the Act shall come into force on 3rd May 1990.
